Richard Fazio, under another name, is a writer and editor whose literary reviews, short fiction and poetry have been published internationally.  His clients include Amazing Stories, The Oceanic Society, The San Diego Tribune, Milady Publishing, Wavelengths Online, Riverside Quarterly, La Stampa, The Oregonian, The San Francisco Chronicle, Poetry Flash, The Sacramento Book Review, Oblivion Magazine, theRumpus.net, Alien Skin Magazine, The Haight Ashbury Free Press, Library of Science Fiction & Fantasy Press and GuyWriters Magazine.  He has served as a judge for the Spectrum Awards (for GLBT genre literature).  He is now on the Fiction Committee of the Northern California Book Reviewers and participates in its annual selection of the NCBA Awards.  His past academic pursuits include the study of mythology and folklore.  Editorial experience has led him into the fields of genetics, dermatology, and psychology. Richard, a native New Yorker, currently resides and works in San Francisco.  The Nexus is his first novel.
